MEMORIES...

The most unforgettable diwali in my life is 2004 diwali.. with both my sisters and their hubbies.. We were very much intersted to fire crackers, eat sweets.. And all my friends were in walkable distance, which is very comfortable to enjoy all the moments with them.. I use to fight a lot with my sister's daughter for silly things.. Its very funny to think those days now.. As i am residing in agraharam(streets around temple) diwali here is very auspicious festival of all.. People used to fire crackers a lot.. Different varieties of crackers and kidding among us makes diwali lightful to me and my parents..
Getting early on diwali morning will also be enjoyable.. all of us have to take bath before 6 atleast..ofcourse only on that day ;) we all fight i will go first u wait and wait... The reason for this early bath is people who go last will miss the colourful moments before the sunrise in the street.. we use to go to relative homes get their blessings and this is what everyone expect in a diwali.........
Today morning it was only me, mom and dad in home.. All my friends went to job.. this bull shit wipro's market fall 22% on diwali.. No eager to fire crackers, No mood to go to relatives home all alone.. But still i feel this diwali colorful only because of those sweet memories... Wish you very happy diwali to all my friends and my loving sisters :)

As i have said in my previous post i was searching for job.. This is also one of my experience in searching for a job.. I have submitted my resume to a person in a HR solutions company.. A HR solution company is one which will be in contact with many companies and they will intimate us regarding vacancies for our qualification.. I have included my mobile number for their convinience to intimate me regarding details..That was big mistake which i did!!!!
People working there are messaging unnecessarily and disturbing me.. At first i was not able to guess who are doing.. I thought my friends were kidding.. At last one gentlemen said i got it from that HR solutions..
That was really shocking!!!!!!! A person informed me there was a vacancy for a company and i travelled more than one and half hour to get to that place..After reaching there i came to know its for B.sc graduates and not for B.tech or BE. Everything goes in a wrong way and i hate to apply for job now a days.. Only thing happened is, i threw off my sim and got a new one!!!
My final conclusion regarding to search for a job is, "you can apply for any job, only if you have a person working there to keep your resume active".
Else your resume will be just a paper and none will open it!! And one more thing always give your home number in your resume and not your mobile number.. Recently read words from my friends profile " SEARCH FOR A JOB YOU CAN KNOW WHAT LIFE IS !!!!" I was knodding my head on reading these words...

SEARCH A JOB

After finishing graduation successfully every individual's next target is to search for a job. In my father's age group there were no campus interviews in all colleges. Maximum 5 to 6 colleges for a state will have campus interviews..Getting in to those colleges was really a tough issue..As you all know the current situation is exact opposite to them.. There are lot's and lot's of campus interview's, off campus interview, job fairs etc..
People who are all placed in campus were not called soon.. i was in the same list.. Life is so hectic to sit idle and answering everyone, will be joining soon this month,next month blah blah.. I was in search for a job IT or my core companies.. (though nill preparation) As First step i posted my resume in all tob job sites where i was supposed to give my contact number, mail id etc..
I recieved mail from so and so company to attend the interview.. After reaching there i came to know it was not a company but some job agents solutions whom are in contact with leading companies..He gave me one address for that he collected some 100 rupees and asked me to go there to attend the interview. Besides after attending the interview if i was selected i was supposed to pay an amount 0f 15000 non refundable to this agent, Amount of 15000 non refundable to the company which i am gonna work and a refundable amount of 15000 for which there was lot of conditions(bond). My application number was in some hundreds out of which some 90's were already selected.. (90*45000)amadiooooo.Recruited canditates can earn this amount back, but wat an amount they gain with these individuals!!!!!! At first i was scolding the company for not calling me, but now it had saved me from lot of troubles!!!!! Searching continues....

SAVE A LIFE..

Being al time vetti i roamed chennai more than a month.. I was staying in my sister's home which is very nearer to railway station. I use to go by electric train to near by places.. one day it was peak time i started to t.nagar. the ladies compartment is heavily packed..I thought of getting in to next train.. as i was standing near the entrance all pushed me into the compartment.. i was pushed and pushed standing at the other entrance edge.. few patti's(grand ma) were sitting down which made me to stand at the edge..They were scolding someone.. but few minutes later i realized it was me who was on talk..

patti 1: see this girl standing at the edge.. With no sense!!!!!(she scolded me bad enough hope u can understand :( )

patti2: Why scolding her??? see the compartment its full..

she was explaining the reason why she scolded me

pattti 1: last week same time she was sitting down and a girl who stood in the edge fell down from the train and was dead at the spot..

I was shocked on hearing this!!!!!!!!!!

She saw a girl dead infront of her but still not ready to accept the reason behind it???

Why couldnt she realize its because of her we people are standing at the edge.. why couldnt they stand for few minutes in the journey and save a life?????????

ITs ME

once i hate to eat, i was changed by my mom.. once i hate to study, i was changed by my teachers.. once i hate to read books, i was changed by my friend.. once i hate to blog..oops i have started that too.. i believe people can change their activities soon when there is a proper inspiration and appreciation. when i was with all my friends i love to be alone.. oops now i am able to realize wat a position they have been in my life. i am here to share things i feel right and wrong. people who are utterly vetti as me can surely enjoy!
