Incidents in my Life make me to think, Am i reacting in a wrong way? Am i Hurting people so easily.? But my innersense shouts "You are Correct!!"

People who know me so well, Can very well understand me.. Is this statement correct? Is there any possible way to understand your neighbour or colleague or friend completely..? I dont think its possible!! There are always misunderstandings between people. Whomever you speak with mom,dad,sister,lover ,husband or a complete Stranger..Nobody can match completely with our thoughts and actions.

Despite of these misunderstandings, People succeed in relationships. I found many Quotes for having Smooth relationships.. I would like to share one of them here..

I Strongly believe any problem can be solved if spoken directly.. It grows bigger when it reach us from a third Person. I request People to give your suggestions for having healthy relationships
Last two weeks was very terrible.. Thats why this Post.. Happy thing from my end is Going Home this weekend :) :) Mummy Mummy :) :)

TV SHOWS

This post is about few TV shows i saw recently in TV. People who love to watch them Kindly bare with the post!!

1.DEAL OR NODEAL

This show is fully based on luck to win an amount of 50,00000. As shown in the Image 26 Boxes will be there, it contains 26 different amount starting from 1 rupee to 50,00000. Participant have to choose one box for them, they will open the remaining 25 Boxes to know the amount in his/her box(Silly!!) . Person hosting the show will make the participant to Make a deal with an amount to quit from game with this amount. Participants will expose their emotions (crying!!) how badly they need that money!!! One day i watched the Show, as usual the Participant was crying Saying"Oru car vanga mudiyalayae!!!"(not able to buy a car!!). There are so many people who suffers for Food itself!!! She was crying So badly for not having a car!! Most Important part of it,Once she started Crying Sad Background Music as if she lost her Husband!!! I am not a person who hate Game shows.. I love watching them.. Advertising the Show with tears of people is not fair. The worst part of it is, the show is telecasted in all the languages with different host!!! There is also a 27th box, its for viewers who watch this show.. They have to find the amount in 27th Box with four options for them like 5,5,500,5000. They will never open the box in the show. If you want to know the amount in 27th box they have to buy next day's XYZ newspaper. I have seen different ways of motivating People to read a newspaper.. This show is motivating people in a different way such that they get profit out of it!!! The aim of the show is not giving 50,00000 to one person rather gaining more than that in every show!!! I stopped watching the show.. Media can make us mad very easily!!!

Dance Shows

There are so many dance shows in all channels in tamil like jodino1,2,3,4.... manada mayilada.. 70% a guy and girl will dance and few shows solo performance will be there.. Participants will be some TV artists and there will be few judges to comment on their performance!! Most of the time they telecast What's happening behind the stage, Like how artists are practising etc.etc. They wil advertise the show Like "Fight between Girl and Guy in rehersal!! Whether the pair will dance or not!! Twist in the Show!! Sometimes the Judges will comment Badly that time they advertise like " XYZ shouted at WXR Performance!!! XYZ leaves the show angrily!!! Watch it!! After lot of advertisements like this.. People forget that its a dance show!!! They watch it to see some gossips it wont be truthful also.. Few shows they advertise the Setup of the Stage like waterfall in the stage!!! Watch the show!! In that show unneccesarily the guy will stand in that waterfall for few moments with full wet clothes he cant perform also!!! But judges will comment Extaordinary performance hats off etc..etc.. I watched one Hindi dance show with my roomate It was same there also!!! One of the judge was shouting i am leaving the show because some paricipant performed badly or Judge will shout "I have wasted my time by sitting here" I guess judges are paid for the show, they are not sitting for time pass!!! Why to create unnecessary dramas???? Its all for One reason, Making TRB rating High for the show!!! Inspite of all these craps there are some good performances also.. They can advertise their performance rather than the gossips Occuring in the show!! But People are Changed by them to watch a show for Gossips !!

Two more Days for weekend..I am Going Home this weekend.. Happy weekend in advance!!! :) :)

Stories.............

This post is all about few incidents i met in my life which was unforgettable for one reason or other... People who feel bored can Proceed studying!!!;)

Incident 1:

This is about my first project.. The day i completed my training, i got a project and the posting Location was gurgaon!!!. Once the manager informed me you have to go to gurgaon, tears started coming from my eyes:(:(!! At that point of time i realised my love towards Tamil Nadu and I cant live far from my State. I cant imagine a day without speaking my mother tongue,without idli,dosai,sambar, and the list goes on.. People who are close to me know it well!!!;) Someway i said "No" to My Manager and he was very good manager he nodded his head for everything.. People were scolding me so badly for avoiding this project!! People advised me its your career etc etc.. Nothing was getting in to my mind at that time.. The Only thing in my mind was "No matter What.. I wont leave south India!!!!!" One of my friend was sent to Gurgaon On behalf of me :(:( After a year also he is in same project in same Location.. Very rarely if i call him, he will say "Enna matti vittutiyae!!!!!" I can't Help!!Poor Soul;)Because of my decision i was in half salary for more than two Months.. then i got a project in chennai.. Now settled happily in chennai!! Though i suffered a lot for getting a project, i still stand in my Words.. "At any cost i am not ready to go away from south india and now its chennai" :):)

Incident 2 :

This is about travelling.. For past one year i was travelling from Blore to srirangam(My home town) blore to chennai & chennai to Srirangam.. Every time i meet number of strangers,

90% incidents in bus or train are irritating only.. I dont want to share them here.. I was travelling along with my sister once and she was a teacher in a private school near crompet.. One of her student in 2nd standard came with his family along with us. After seeing my sister that kid was totally MUM. Without knowing that my sister working in same school,His Mother started talking with My sister.. She was scolding the school management, staffs so Badly :( :( My sister and me were listening calmly laughing among ourselves. That female started enquiring about my sister, She said i am the teacher taking class for your son.. Face of that parent went red!!!! That female started flirting.. :D i was laughing till i reach home..
Incident 3:

This is about my sweet Hostel... Now i am staying in velachery.. I cant say it as a hostel,Its a triple bed room flat, i am paying 4500 with food and a/c. Though its very far from bus stand, i love my PG so much. Its near to public play ground. People play Cricket and break our room glasses Quite Often!!! Once i was sitting on the hall and the ball came from window, hit my lap and fell down. Two guys came in to our compound in search of their ball. Both were speaking "intha veedu irrukardala padu baejara irruku pa!!!" Pucca chennai tamil!!! I was having the ball in my hand to give it back to them... :) All of a sudden One Guy asked me "Could you please give me the ball blah blah.." If girls speak English its called "Peter vidrathu" Its not for boys???? I replied Continuously in local chennai tamil!!! :D Even now i remember the face of the Guys when i said "unnanda lanthu panrathae polapa pochi!!!!" I Was laughing for the whole day..

Bangalore...

I Have 'n' Number of things to share for this One year.. I Dont't know to
Prioritize the Events. Let Me start with My Experience in Blore..
It will be the Second home for Everybody.. You can easily find People from
different state. To say the Truth, the Place where i stayed its difficult to
find kannad people.. I was staying in BTM layout 2nd Stage near A2B restaurant
;)Being Scared of roaming Outside(Atleast for one week!!) i took hostel food for
a Month.That was Horrible!! as Expected!!From Second Month i started taking food Outside!!!I was staying near A2B but i went only twice there for full 6 Months.. Belive Me!!!!! I started Tasting Punjabi food, Andhra food, I had Many varieties of food there.. I became a
great Fan of Panipuri!!! I Used to take atleast thrice a week :) :) I miss
Panipuri so badly here :(:(

Coming to roommates, all are my College friends so no Fighting there!!!..
Places i loved Most in Blore..
-My Office

Its very big and beautiful place.. No explanation here are some snaps..

-Kemp fort Shiva Mandir

A big shiva statue is there.. There are so many believes in that temple.. Few I remember..There is a small pond inside the temple.. They have some coins for sale..There is one Peedam there, we have to make a wish in our Mind stand on that
peedam say some mantra and throw the coins inside the Pond. By doing so our
Wish will come true..there are 108 small pots available in a circle. With each pot we have one
sloga writtern. We have to study each sloga and move to next pot.. They
believe some miracle will happen if we study those slogas before worshipping
lord shiva.. I did all such things finally my purse is Empty!!! But i Didnt
make that as my wish!!!

So Many Artistics works are there.. we can get tasty prasad there.. So many
craft works, Its like a mini shopping mall inside.. They Maintain it so well..There are so many temples aroound Blore i couldnt go for many temples..

Forum MAll,Garuda Mall

There are so many malls in Blore i have roamed almost all malls.. Those Malls
are only for Visit.. You cant buy even water bottle from those malls.. its
very costly there..
Transportation is very cosltly from Blore to Other places.. I wont get a bus
to my home town easily.That was the only problem with Bangalore. other than
that Blore is a very nice city to Settle..

After a Long time...

After a long time i got time to Blog... I am not aware that i can blog in my company.. Hope i ll make use of it :) :) Now i am an IT proffesional with 1+ year of Experience.. But i Dont think it made any Difference in me.. I finished my graduation in Electronics and Communication but Working in Automation -Testing Practice. I am learning New Tools and everything i learn is something new.
4 Years of Graduation is just an Entry ticket for Software Industry. We need to Update ourself with latest technology every time.. Its very Hard to Survive in this industry if you Don't Get a Right Project,Right Manager, Right Team....the List goes on...
Anyways, where ever i go i get a bunch of new friends.. In my Company also i got a Big gang of Friends.. i am very much happy For that..
You can learn life when you start to survive in a hostel... I was new to hostel when i joined my company... Everytime i will get a girl from Other state as my room mate.. I started Learning Hindi because of that..
The Only Words my roomies say is "Please leave it.. you cant get" :) :) :) I ll never Give up.. Now my Hindhi is in some Form..
When you live with Other State people its very nice to know about their tradition, their way of worshipping god... Many to say.. Hope i ll write a blog on that soon :) :)
