When ever i face some Problem, I used to react very Strongly, which i wish to change in me. But i hear advice from people to "Behave Professionally". I have seen Many People behaving very proffessionaly. Though i am not able to change completely, I am trying to change myself to this So called "Professional Behaviour"
Let me tell you some scenario and i will narate my behaviour and "Professional behaviour" so that people can understand my difficulty in changing :( :(
case 1 :
I will get a call from friend or family in office. God Made my voice frequency a bit high :( I will be Speaking blah blahh i can see my friend pinging " Behave professionally, attend personal calls inside conf room " :(
I am really working to reduce my volume. But manufacturing defect ! :( But i found a solution for this, though i cant reduce my volume, i am moving to conf room when i get a call :)
Case 2:
I am very Stright forward. If i face some problem i will directly go to that person Say my problem. This is something Very serious problem, because of which i lost many friends.
Three of us sitting in place, the other two were conversing some problem with a third Person's behaviour. I will hear to them or Knod to them. After sometime the third Person will come in to picture. My friends who faced some difficulties with third Person's behaviour speaks as if the third person is the best Person in this world. May be a "Proffessional Behaviour"
When i Speak with the third Person, some negative things will be running about the person which will make my behaviour different to that person :( :( . The Third Person will decide i am avoiding him/her The third Person will stop speaking to me :( :(
I need to learn this Proffessional behaviour. But again changing is very difficult in this case also
:( Smiling in front of the person and cursing at his back is something very difficult for me to do.
But i am changing to meet the "Professional Behaviour"

case number 1 yenakku onnum wrongaa padalai,becos namba friend/relation koda pesumpoothu without our knwldge namba voice jaasthi aagum, so aduthavaalai athu distrub pannama irukka velila pooyi pesarthuthan better. unga frnd correctathan ping panni irukka.
case 2 - konjam critical thaan, becos thayumanavaswamigaley //uulondru vaithu puram ondru pesuvaar uravu kalavaamai vendum//nu solli irukkar. but practicala athukkaaka naama munjiyai thokkavum mudiyaathu. konjam adjust pannithaan poganum. u knw riverla naanalthan nelachu nikkum, stiffa nikkara trees yellam adichundu poyidum. i am not advicng you, dosth sollara maathiri nenachukkongo!..:)
